The supreme authority for video games in China. They are responsible for the final review and approval of all games (ISBN issuance). Without their stamp of approval, no game can be legally published or monetized.

State Administration for Market Regulation

Regulates advertising and consumer protection in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibility

Enforces advertising compliance, prohibits misleading promotions, and protects consumer rights in game monetization.
